All personal data we process is processed in Bulgaria, but for hosting and maintenance purposes, this information is stored in Bulgaria. Third parties do not have access to your personal data unless required by law.

We may contact you freely when and to the extent necessary to fulfill the services you have requested, meet contractual obligations between us, provide new information directly related to the services and goods you have ordered, respond to your inquiries, protect your interests in connection with the use of our website or services, or based on legal requirements.

11 How You Can Access, Correct, or Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right at any time to request from us:

  • Access to your personal data collected in the process of providing and using our services, including: confirmation of whether we process your personal data, what categories of data they are, the purposes of processing, the recipients to whom the data is disclosed, and a communication with a copy of your personal data being processed and their source;
  • Correction of information you have provided to us when it becomes inaccurate or outdated, e.g., your email address or any other information;
  • Deletion or restriction of your personal data when their processing does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act or the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
  • Notification of such correction, deletion, or restriction to third parties to whom your personal data has been disclosed, except where this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

The requested action regarding access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data is performed solely with respect to your personal data. Such actions are carried out free of charge.

To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data that we process, you must submit a written request containing:

  1. Name, address, and other identifying information of the relevant individual;
  2. Description of the request;
  3. Preferred form for receiving the information under Article 28(1);
  4. Signature, date of submission of the request, and address for correspondence;
  5. A notarized power of attorney if submitted by an authorized person. The request may also be signed with an electronic signature.

We will fulfill your request for access, correction, deletion, or restriction within 14 days, in compliance with legal requirements and exceptions in this regard.

You will be notified of the decision to carry out the requested action or the refusal to do so in accordance with legal requirements. The notification will be sent to you by mail with a return receipt or may be received in person against a signature.

12 How You Can Object or File a Complaint Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

In cases provided for by law, you have the right to:

  • Object to us regarding the processing of your personal data when there is a legal basis for doing so; when the objection is justified, the personal data of the relevant individual can no longer be processed;
  • Object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
  • Be notified before your personal data is disclosed to third parties for the first time or used on your behalf for the purposes mentioned in the previous point, with an opportunity provided to object to such disclosure or use.
